Changelog
What's new
New features and improvements to the platform. We ship continuously — this page is updated with every release.
Setup for every business
No website? No problem. Setup now works from a description or your own documents.
Build your agent without a website
Tell Kiko about your business in a few sentences, or upload the brochure, menu or price list you already have. Either one is enough to get a working agent — no website required.
- New
Add optional extras when you subscribe
Tick the add-ons you want next to a plan and see one combined price before you pay — what renews each month or year, and what is charged only once today. Whatever the add-on unlocks is available right away, and your add-ons are listed on Manage Subscription.
- New
Add or remove add-ons any time
Change your mind after subscribing? Add an add-on from Manage Subscription whenever you like, or remove one you no longer need — no need to cancel and start over.
- New
Top up credits whenever you run low
Buy an extra pack of credits right from Credits & usage and pay securely with Stripe. Top-up credits are added the moment your payment goes through, carry over when your plan renews, and each pack shows how long it stays valid — or that it never expires.
- New
See every top-up and what is left of it
Your credit history lists each pack you bought, how many of its credits are still unused, and when they expire.
- Improved
Broadcasts with an image, video or PDF now go out properly
Templates built around a picture, video or document send that file with every message — in campaigns and in a test send. Pick one in the campaign builder and you can swap in a different image just for that broadcast.
- Improved
WhatsApp tells you exactly why a template was turned down
When Meta rejects a template, you now see its reason in plain words against the field that caused it, so you can fix it and resubmit. Names Meta keeps for its own samples are caught while you type.
- Improved
Campaign progress you can trust
Sent, delivered and read now only ever climb as receipts come in, so the progress bar and percentages stay accurate from the first message to the last.
- New
Pick your audience from your full contact list
Choosing who receives a campaign is now a searchable table of all your contacts. Filter by tag, list or how they were added, tick people one by one — your picks are kept while you search — or select everyone who matches in one click and un-tick the exceptions.
- New
Campaign results you can actually read
Every campaign now has a proper results page: a delivery funnel showing how many people carried through each step, where everyone stands right now, activity over time, and what it cost in credits. Failed messages are grouped by cause in plain words, with whether a retry is worth it — and you can retry them or export just the failed (or unread) people for follow-up.
- Improved
Repeat a campaign without the jargon
Set a repeating campaign the way you would say it — every day, every week on the days you choose, or every month on a date, at a time on your own clock. You see the schedule in a sentence and the date of the first send before you confirm.
- Improved
Know at a glance whether you can broadcast
Templates and Campaigns now tell you up front if your WhatsApp connection is ready for broadcasting — and if something is still needed, exactly what and who can complete it. Your chats keep working either way.
- Improved
Clearer reasons when a message does not arrive
Each recipient in a campaign now shows WhatsApp's own explanation when a message could not be delivered, and a template's review date appears only once Meta has actually decided. Smart lists show their true size when you pick an audience.
- Improved
Audiences behave the way you picked them
Smart lists now resolve to real people when you broadcast to them, and selecting a list or tag registers on the first click.
- New
Pick up cases from a shared pool
Cases nobody owns yet appear in an "Unassigned" queue with a count right on the tab. Anyone free can hit "Pick up" to take one — it is claimed instantly, first-come, so two people never end up on the same case, and the rest of the team sees who took it.
- New
Always know how many credits are left
A "credits left" counter now sits at the top of every screen, with a ring showing how much of this cycle remains. It turns amber when you are running low and red when, at your current pace, you would run out before the next refill. Click it for the full picture.
- New
A clear Credits & usage page
One page answers the three questions: how many credits are left and when they refill, how fast you are using them, and where they went — by day, by agent (with each agent's own budget) and by model. A short explainer says what a credit is.
- New
Every photo and document, together on the case
A new Evidence & files section on each case gathers everything the resident sent — before or after the case opened, on any channel — plus anything your team uploads. Filter by images, documents or sender, open a file full-size with next/previous, zoom, label it ("IC front"), download it, or jump back to the message it came from. In the shared inbox, a Media tab shows every file in the conversation and lets you add one to a case in a click. Resident evidence stays on record even after the chat is cleaned up.
- New
Every action on a case is signed
The case history now names the person: "Priya picked this up", "Tan reassigned it to Wei Ling — speaks Malay". Reassigning asks for an optional reason, so hand-overs are on the record for anyone who reads the file later.
- New
My cases, and the pool
Cases now open on My cases — what is on your desk — with Unassigned, Needs approval and Overdue right beside it. When someone picks a case up, everyone who was told about it hears that it is taken on the same channel, so two people never work the same one. Pick up also works from Needs attention and from inside a conversation.
- Improved
Deadlines you can see
Each case shows when it is due, or how long it has been overdue, on the list and on the case itself. A new Overdue view groups the late ones.
- New
See who is carrying the work, and what is overdue
Case analytics now shows a table of your team — open load, overdue cases, how many each person resolved and how fast — with unassigned cases called out on their own row. New Overdue and On-time tiles bring deadlines into view for the first time.
- Improved
Analytics you can actually read
Proper charts with axes, a legend and hover details replace the old bars: cases opened vs resolved by day, work by case type, and the busiest hours. The page is organised the way you ask the questions — how are we doing, is it getting worse, who is carrying it, what needs a nudge — and remembers your 7, 30 or 90-day view.
- Improved
Case types at a glance
Every case-type card now has a Live switch to turn it on or off right there, a Duplicate action, and a "who is notified" chip. Search and filter the list, and removing a type now asks first and tells you whether history is kept.
- Improved
Start a case type from one place
"New case type" opens a picker with every template, a search box and a preview of what each collects — or start blank. No more hopping to a separate library page. In the editor, a section bar jumps to Basics, Details, Response, Rules or Who's notified, and you are warned before leaving unsaved changes.
- New
See exactly where every alert went
My alerts now opens with your three channels — email, WhatsApp, Telegram — each showing whether the last alert actually arrived and, if not, why. A new Activity tab lists every alert with its outcome per channel, and a "Whole team" view shows who was told what, whether it reached them, whether they read it — plus a line per team member showing who can be reached right now. Filter by person, alert type, channel, outcome or date.
- Improved
Set up alerts in one click
Pick "Everything right away", "Important only" or "Daily summary" and every alert is set at once. Fine-tuning per alert is still there, one click away, with a plain-language line explaining each one. My alerts also has its own place in the sidebar now.
- Improved
Sort the inbox your way
A sort menu in the shared inbox lets you order conversations by newest, oldest, longest waiting or unread first — and remembers your choice.
- Improved
Quiet hours in your own time zone
My alerts now has a time-zone setting, and quiet hours and the daily summary follow it. If your alerts are still on the default zone, a one-click prompt switches them to where you actually are — so "quiet from 10pm" means 10pm for you.
- Improved
Longest-waiting residents come first
The inbox's Waiting queue now puts whoever has waited longest at the top, instead of whoever messaged most recently. A new "With AI" filter shows conversations the agent is still handling on its own.
- Improved
Analytics that match the period you picked
Time to resolve, approval turnaround and time to first draft now reflect the 7, 30 or 90 days you selected, so a slow week shows up instead of being averaged away.
- New
Choose who hears about each kind of case
Every case type now has a "Who's notified" section. Tick the team members who should be alerted whenever a case of that type opens, needs approval or goes quiet — on top of whoever it is assigned to — so the right people always know, not just the owner.
- New
See when one person is on both lists
If someone is both a team member and a chat user, each row now shows a small chip that jumps straight to their entry on the other tab — and warns you if the two WhatsApp numbers no longer match, so alerts and sign-in never go to the wrong number.
- Improved
Kiko explains Team vs Chat users
Tap the info icon beside the Team & users heading and Kiko spells out who belongs on each list and exactly where they show up — the assignee picker, the inbox, alerts, or the agent's sign-in page.
- Improved
Know how many team places are left
The Team tab shows "N of 50 places used", turns amber as you approach the limit, and tells you before you hit it. Any WhatsApp number shared by two different people is flagged with links to both.
- Improved
Access scopes you can tick, not type
Setting a team member's areas is now a set of clear checkboxes — Cases, Shared inbox, Approve responses, Analytics, Team, Settings — with a line explaining each. No more remembering the exact wording.
- Improved
Telegram connections that survive a restart
The short code a team member sends to your Telegram bot is now kept safely on the server, so connecting never fails midway because the system restarted.
- Improved
One place for your team
Your team now lives on a single "Team & users" page: the people who handle cases and conversations in one tab, and role-scoped chat sign-in access in another. Give each member access scopes for the areas they work in, and copy an entire team from another agent in a couple of clicks instead of re-adding everyone.
- Improved
Find and manage people faster
Both team lists now have search and filters — by status, channel or role — so you can jump to the right person in a long roster. A clear channel strip on every row shows exactly what is connected, and adding a phone number or connecting Telegram/WhatsApp is a one-field pop-up, kept separate from editing full details.
- New
Import chat users from another agent too
Chat access & roles now has the same one-click import as your team — copy people who already have sign-in access on another agent, with their role carried over (anyone whose role doesn’t exist on this agent is reported, never dropped silently).
- Improved
Your menu stays put on Manage Subscription and Settings
Opening Manage Subscription or Settings no longer swaps out the left menu — your agent's pages stay one click away. Both now live in your account menu at the bottom left.
- New
Subscribe online, in a couple of clicks
When your trial or subscription ends, signing in now takes you straight to the plans. Pick monthly or yearly, pay by card through Stripe, and your agents, knowledge and settings are exactly where you left them — no emails back and forth, no waiting.
- New
See exactly what your plan gives you, and manage it yourself
The new Manage Subscription page shows your plan in full — what it costs, when it renews and how long is left, every feature and channel it includes, and which product areas are part of it. Usage meters show your credits, agents, knowledge base and leads at a glance, each telling you how much room is left.
- New
Change or cancel your plan without emailing us
If you pay by card, Manage Subscription has a button for each job: change plan, cancel, or manage payments to update your card and download invoices. Each one takes you straight to the right page on Stripe instead of leaving you to find it.
- Improved
A dashboard that matches your plan
Your menu now shows exactly the tools your plan includes: Products, Calendar, Leads, Cases, Shared inbox, Feedback and Users. Anything outside your plan shows a clear upgrade prompt instead of an empty page.
- New
A shared inbox for every conversation
See every chat from your website, WhatsApp and Telegram in one place, laid out like WhatsApp Web. Search, filter by channel or by who is handling it, and open any conversation to read exactly what the AI said.
- Improved
See your WhatsApp sending health at a glance
Your WhatsApp settings now show your daily messaging limit, quality rating and how much of today’s limit you’ve used, with one-click links to manage your number and payments on Meta.
- New
Build a contacts address book
Keep all your WhatsApp contacts in one place. Add them by hand, import a CSV or Excel file, or pull them straight from your leads, then organise with tags and lists so they’re ready to message.
- Improved
Faster contact management
Pick exactly which leads to import, tag and list contacts individually, apply a tag or list while importing, and jump from any contact’s number straight into the inbox or copy it in one click.
- New
Design and manage WhatsApp templates
Create WhatsApp message templates with a live preview, submit them to Meta for approval, and keep their status in sync automatically — ready to use in your broadcasts. Upload an image, video or PDF header right from the builder.
- New
Broadcast to your contacts with campaigns
Send an approved template to a list or tag of contacts — right now, at a scheduled time, or on a repeating schedule. Watch delivery and read rates update live, and retry anything that failed.
- Improved
Deeper campaign analytics and completion emails
Every broadcast now shows delivered/read/failed rates, average time to deliver and read, and a sends-over-time chart — plus a one-click CSV of every recipient. You’ll also get an email the moment a campaign finishes.
- New
Connect a number that’s already on WhatsApp Business
Link a number you already use in the WhatsApp Business app and keep using both — your existing chats and contacts come across automatically.
- New
Automatic unsubscribe handling
When someone replies STOP to a WhatsApp message they’re unsubscribed automatically and confirmed — and they’re never included in another broadcast. Replying START opts them back in.
- New
Reply as a person, right inside the chat
Press "Reply as staff" on any conversation and the AI steps aside. Your reply — including a photo or a PDF you attach — goes straight to the customer on the channel they used, shown with your name. Hand the conversation back to the AI whenever you like.
- Improved
Long staff replies with an attachment always arrive in full
Written a longer reply and attached a photo or PDF on WhatsApp or Telegram? The whole message now gets through — if it is too long to fit as a caption, it simply follows right after the attachment instead of being cut short.
- New
Customers can ask for a human
When someone asks to talk to a person, the AI lets them know the team has been told and pauses. The conversation lands in "Needs attention" and the right person is alerted.
- New
One queue for everything waiting on you
"Needs attention" under Cases shows customers waiting for a reply and cases that cannot move without a decision — drafts to approve, overdue, unassigned, or waiting on the customer — with a count right in the sidebar.
- New
Send a photo or PDF on WhatsApp and Telegram
Customers can now attach a photo or a PDF right inside WhatsApp or Telegram, and your agent reads it the same way it already does in web chat — no need to describe it in words first.
- New
A bigger choice of AI models
Your plan can now offer models from more AI providers — OpenAI, Google Gemini, Qwen, DeepSeek and Kimi — alongside the ones you already use. Pick a different model for your agent in AI Settings and everything else keeps working exactly as before: the same knowledge, the same tools, the same credits.
- Improved
Tap an attachment to see it properly
Images and PDFs shared in a chat now open full-size in the conversation — before sending, after sending, and in your chat logs. Zoom into a screenshot, or read a PDF right there, without downloading it or losing your place in the chat.
- New
Playground — test your agent before your customers do
Chat with your agent from inside the dashboard, using the same knowledge it answers customers with. Try a different model or dial the tone from precise to creative without changing what is live, and open the sources panel on any answer to see exactly which of your content it drew from. Run two models side by side on the same question to see which one you prefer. Nothing you test here appears in your chat logs.
- New
Ask about any part of an answer
Visitors can double-click a word or drag across a line in one of your agent's replies and tap “Ask about this”. The passage is attached to their next message as a quote, so the follow-up question lands with the exact wording they were looking at.
- Improved
Clearer answers when a file cannot be attached
The chat now tells visitors up front which files it takes, instead of letting an upload run and then fail. iPhone HEIC photos get a plain explanation of what to do, and the file picker only offers formats that will actually work.
- New
Ask about a picture in the conversation
The same “Ask about this” works on images — one your agent showed, or one the visitor sent earlier. The picture is put back in front of the agent along with the new question, so it can answer about that exact image without anyone re-uploading it.
- Improved
Appointments you can run from one screen
Calendar & Appointments now opens on your bookings — filter by pending, confirmed, completed or cancelled, search by guest, and switch between upcoming and past. Confirm, complete or cancel a booking from the row it sits on.
- Improved
Simpler appointment types and opening hours
Appointment types are laid out as cards with their length and gap at a glance, and creating one takes a tap with the new duration presets. Weekly hours have a copy-to-all-days shortcut, flag times that end before they start, and tell you when you have unsaved changes.
- Improved
Pick your timezone from a list
No more typing a timezone by hand — choose it from a list, or use the one your computer is already in. Your Google and Apple calendar connections now show their status at a glance too.
- Improved
Tap a time to book it
When your agent offers open appointment times in web chat, visitors now see them as a tappable list instead of plain text — one tap sends the pick straight into the conversation instead of typing it out. Recommended products show the same way, as clean cards instead of a repeated text list underneath them.
- Improved
A cleaner home for Products & Services
Your catalog now opens straight onto your items — as a card grid or a compact list — with search, category and status filters at the top. Categories, click insights and channel settings each sit behind their own tab, so the page stays about what you sell.
- Improved
Adding a product is quicker
Items open in a side panel with a live image preview, a clear draft/live/archived choice and a one-tap Featured switch. Bulk CSV import now tells you exactly which columns it expects before you pick a file.
- New
See which products people actually click
A new Insights tab ranks your most-clicked items over the last 30 days and shows where the clicks came from — web, WhatsApp or Telegram — so you can tell what your catalog is really doing for you.
- Improved
Chatbots are now agents
What you build here does more than chat — it answers, captures leads, books appointments and runs cases. It is now called an agent everywhere in the app to match. Your existing links still work.
- New
Set up from a description
Describe your business the way you would to a new member of staff. Kiko writes the greeting, the personality and the questions your customers are most likely to ask.
- New
Set up from your documents
Upload brochures, menus, price lists or FAQs — PDF, Word, Excel, CSV or plain text — and your agent answers from them straight away.
- Improved
Set up at your own pace
Not ready yet? Skip setup and come back whenever you like. Your dashboard keeps the next step waiting for you, and you can add a website or more documents at any time.
- Security
Two-factor authentication is now yours to choose
Sign in with just your password, or switch on an emailed 6-digit code from Settings → Security for an extra layer of protection. It is off by default and you can change it whenever you like.
- Improved
Links in answers go to your website
When your agent points someone to a page from your site, the link now opens your website — not ours. Existing content is covered automatically, with no need to re-import anything.
- Improved
Your agent speaks for your business, and only yours
Your agent now takes its identity entirely from your own instructions and knowledge. It will not describe itself as working in an industry you never mentioned, and it asks what someone needs rather than guessing at services you do not offer.
- Improved
Your chat widget looks right on every website
The widget now carries its own light or dark styling wherever it is embedded, so the colours you choose in Appearance are exactly what your visitors see — starter questions, the message box and every label stay crisp and readable on any site.
- Improved
Ready to answer from the moment you sign up
Every new agent arrives with a working AI model already selected, so it can hold its first conversation straight away — on your website, WhatsApp and Telegram. You can still switch models any time from Model & Instructions.
- New
WhatsApp alerts without the paperwork
Each team member taps one button, sends the pre-typed message, and case alerts flow to their WhatsApp — free, no Meta template approval needed. The bot confirms instantly, and a shareable link gets the whole team set up from their own phones.
- Improved
An inbox that clears itself
Click an alert and it takes you straight to the case — and drops off your Unread list, which now sits beside an All tab holding the full history. New alerts can play a soft chime; mute it any time from the bell.
- Improved
One tidy top bar
Alerts, your free-trial status and the light/dark switch now live together in a top bar on every screen — always visible, even with the sidebar collapsed, and the trial note no longer takes up a full row.
- Improved
Telegram that connects itself
When a team member sends the connection message to your bot, the dialog notices straight away and confirms it. A live timer shows how long the code lasts, an expired code offers a fresh one in one click, and connected people can be disconnected just as easily. Alerts arrive as a tidy message — what happened, who it’s from, and a one-tap link straight to the case.
- New
Give every case an owner
Build your team under Cases → Team, then hand any case to the person who should handle it. The case list shows who owns what, and flags anything still unassigned so nothing sits waiting on nobody.
- New
Reach your team where they actually are
Record each person's email, WhatsApp and Telegram once. Your team page shows at a glance who can be reached on which channel — ready for case alerts.
- New
Know the moment a case needs you
A bell in your dashboard tells you when a case opens, when a reply is waiting for your approval, and when a case is assigned to you. Click any alert to go straight to the case.
- New
Nothing quietly goes cold
If an open case sits untouched for a week, the people looking after it get told. The cases that slip through the cracks are the ones nobody was watching.
- New
Alerts by email too
Important case alerts also arrive by email, so you find out even when the dashboard is closed. Each one links straight to the case that needs you.
- New
Decide what reaches you, and when
Under Cases → My alerts, pick which updates you want and whether each one arrives in the dashboard, by email straight away, or in a once-a-day summary. Everyone on your team chooses for themselves.
- New
Quiet hours
Set the hours you would rather not be disturbed and alerts wait until morning — nothing is lost. Anything genuinely urgent, like a reply waiting for approval, still gets through if you want it to.
- New
Deadlines for your cases
Give a case type a target resolution time and the people looking after it are told when a case runs late — before the customer has to chase you.
- New
Case alerts on Telegram
Get your case alerts in Telegram. Open Cases → Team, hit Connect Telegram, and send your bot the code it gives you — alerts arrive from then on, any time of day.
- Improved
You can see when an alert did not get through
If a message could not be delivered, the alert says so and explains why, instead of leaving you to assume your team was told.
- New
Send a photo, get an answer
On the web chat, attach a single photo alongside your question — for agents set up to read images, your agent looks at it and answers right in the conversation.
- New
Attach a PDF, get an answer
On the web chat, attach a PDF (up to 5 MB) alongside your question — for agents set up to read documents, your agent reads it and answers right in the conversation. Credits are charged per page, so a short document costs less than a long one, and each agent has a maximum page count it will accept.
- Improved
Photos attached in chat load faster
Photos visitors attach in the web chat are now automatically compressed on upload, so they appear sooner in the conversation and use less of your storage — with no visible drop in quality.
- New
Ask a case for one more thing
Missing a document or a detail on a case? Tell your agent what's still needed from the case page, and it's relayed the next time the customer checks in — no separate message to send. Mark it received once it arrives.
- New
Choose whether customers see their case reference
A new switch on Cases → Settings lets you decide: give people a reference number they can quote to check progress, or keep the whole process behind the scenes. Turned off, your agent keeps helping them and your team keeps working the request — the customer just never sees that a case was opened.
Case Desk
Your agent stops at answering. Case Desk carries the request through to done.
Your agent opens the case, you approve the reply
When someone needs more than an answer, your agent collects the details, opens a case and writes the response for you. Nothing goes out until someone on your team approves it.
- New
Cases from ordinary conversations
Your agent recognises when a request needs handling, gathers what it needs by asking naturally, and opens a case with a reference number the customer can quote any time.
- New
Case types you design yourself
Decide what each kind of request should collect and how the reply should read. Choose from ready-made starting points or build your own, with a live preview of the conversation and the letter as you go.
- New
Approve before anything is sent
Every draft waits for a person. Approve it as written, edit it first, ask for a rewrite, or reject it — your knowledge base is cited so you can check where each answer came from.
- New
Customers can check in themselves
Anyone can ask your agent how their case is going and get a straight answer with the next step, on the web, WhatsApp or Telegram — no chasing your team for an update.
- New
Progress updates, only if you want them
Choose per case type whether customers are messaged as their case moves along, and have open cases followed up automatically after a set number of days. Off by default, so nobody is messaged without your say-so.
- New
See how the desk is running
Case analytics show what is coming in, how quickly it clears, where open work is sitting, and how often your agent gets the draft right first time.
- Improved
Built for a busy desk
Filter by stage, search, and page through thousands of cases without slowdown. Every case keeps a full history of what happened and what the customer was told.
- Security
Case references that cannot be guessed
Reference numbers are randomly generated, so nobody can work out another customer’s case from their own.
Website Import & Brand Magic
Build a fully branded AI agent from your website in about a minute.
Import your entire website in one step
Enter your domain and we find your pages automatically. Choose the ones you want and training runs in the background while you carry on working.
- New
Guided setup with Kiko
New accounts are walked through setup start to finish. Give Kiko your website and your agent is trained, branded and ready to answer.
- New
Brand Magic
Your logo, brand colour, greeting, personality and starter questions are all created from your website. Review everything with a live preview and change whatever you like.
- New
Starter questions
Show visitors tappable questions when they open the chat, so they know what your agent can help with. Choose which channels they appear on.
- Improved
Knowledge organised by website
Pages are grouped under the site they came from, each showing its title, description and size. Refresh or remove a whole site at once, or add a single page.
- Improved
Keep pages up to date
Refresh any page the moment its content changes. Unchanged pages are skipped automatically, so staying current costs nothing.
- Improved
Dependable staff alerts
WhatsApp alerts reach your team as soon as a lead needs attention, and your WhatsApp connection status is always clear.
Leads & always-current knowledge
Capture leads across every channel and keep your agent’s knowledge fresh automatically.
Never miss a lead
Collect contact details through a pre-chat form on your website or automatically from WhatsApp and Telegram conversations — then alert your team on WhatsApp the moment someone needs attention.
- New
Multi-channel lead capture
Pre-chat forms with your own custom fields on the web, plus automatic lead creation from messaging conversations.
- New
Staff WhatsApp alerts
Notify your team when a new lead arrives, a keyword is mentioned, or a conversation goes quiet — with your own message template and sensible throttling.
- New
Scheduled knowledge refresh
Set how often each web page is re-checked. Pages that haven’t changed are skipped automatically, so staying current costs nothing extra.
Account security & governance
Stronger sign-in protection and clearer control over who can access what.
- Security
Two-factor authentication
Sign-in is now protected with an email verification code, keeping your workspace secure even if a password is compromised.
- Improved
Simpler knowledge permissions
Manage access role-by-role with searchable categories, so it’s obvious at a glance who can see which knowledge.
Products, Bookings & live data
Your agent can now show products, take bookings, and answer from your live database.
An agent that does more than answer
Show product cards in chat, let customers book appointments straight from a conversation, and answer questions from your live business data — across your website, WhatsApp, and Telegram.
- New
Product catalogue
Add your products with images, prices, and links. Your agent recommends them in conversation as rich cards, and tracks what customers click.
- New
Appointments & bookings
Define appointment types and availability, connect Google Calendar, and let customers book without leaving the chat.
- New
Live database answers
Connect a read-only view of your own database so your agent can answer questions about real, up-to-the-minute information.
Team access & dark mode
Give your team their own logins and choose how the app looks.
- New
Team logins with role-based answers
Invite people to your agent with their own sign-in. Each person only sees answers drawn from the knowledge their role is allowed to access.
- New
Dark mode
Switch the whole dashboard between light and dark whenever you like.
Knowledge Map
See everything your agent knows, laid out visually.
Your knowledge as a living map
Explore your sources as an interactive 3D map of connected topics — spot what is well covered and what is missing at a glance.
- New

Every document and page your agent has learned, shown as a map you can rotate, zoom and search.
Trustworthy answers & governance
Know where every answer came from, and control who can see what.
Every answer shows its sources
